any time, including the right to modify or discontinue the terms of
this guarantee altogether.
Notification of your lack of satisfaction about Maxmail must be made
within 30 days of the date the product was made available for use to
you. All refund request must be made via email to refunds@maxmail.co.nz along with your customer ID number to help us track your account properly.
After the initial 30-day period, you are not eligible for a refund of
any kind upon cancellation. If you cancel within the 30-day period,
your access to the subscription will be terminated immediately. We do
not provide partial-month (prorated) refunds.
After the initial
30-day period your 12 month subscription will be labeled “final” after
which you will not be eligible for any refunds of any kind.
Cancellation during the subscription is labeled “final” will result in
penalty charges equivalent to the amount owed for additional months of
subscription outstanding.
No refund is available (despite within the 30-day period) if any suspected Anti-Spam activity is reported against you by any ISP. This includes DNSBL notifications of IP blacklisting of your domain name, reports of SPAM complaints from any ISP (regional, national or international), complaints received through the Department of Internal Affairs or any complaints received directly from a subscriber.
Quarterly Memberships renewals are not subject to a 30-day money back
guarantee and users wishing to cancel are expected to cancel, through
the above method, before one’s membership is renewed.
